"For this type of hotel/category, there's a number of things that need improving:
1) Check-in: firstly, the hotel charges a €50-75 charge for an early check-in. This seems excessive and out in line with hotels in far more cosmopolitan cities. It's a small hotel, so room turnover etc should be more manageable.
Secondly, the check-in desk is too small and ill-positioned so that when you do everyone have suddenly checking in at once, it forms a line with people not really having anywhere to...
"I liked the room, the lift to the room, the large shower, the soft towels, the comfortable bed. Staff at check in were good. Good breakfast with a lot of variety."

- Although bedroom had a kettle, there were very few teabags/coffee sachets provided, also no mugs! Used glasses from bathroom to brew up
-Swimming pool is quite small, no bathrobes provided in rooms so have to get changed in pool area using the single changing room"
