"Desk said they would email when the room was ready and they didn’t. My wife requested an iron which never came. The room was really nothing special considering its “5 star” rating. Room had an unusual smell akin to a wet dog. Next time I’ll just select a Marriott property. Bartenders and wait staff were great. Didn’t receive any perks or upgrades but not sure we were supposed to."

"We had a fantastic 10/10 stay at the Hotel JL No76. Our room had a balcony facing the beautiful street and it was a pleasure to sit outside in the morning having had a comfortable night's stay in the Executive style room which was clean, quiet and stylish. "Estheréa is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in. We have stayed there 4 times. This time was disappointing. I think they gave us the smallest room because we booked with Expedia. Staff were short with us and the maitre d was downright rude. We will find somewhere else next time. "
