"Nice clean hotel. We expected it to be on the beach with better view, but it was not. The pool looked nice but the heater was broken, so we didnt swim. Overall I would stay here again as it is close to restaraunts and the beach/cliff walks."

"A wonderful staff that went out of their way and changed our room after I booked the wrong room!"

"The staff was not very friendly available or helpful, the room was clean, but not very cozy in the bathroom left a lot to be desired. There was no outdoor area to sit that felt comfortable. Overall the end was just unwelcoming and not cozy. The breakfast was also not good. I would not go back."

"Nice affordable option when visiting Newport. Clean and overall good location. Would stay there again"

"Very confortable rooms and helpful staff. Great location easy to find."

"This hotel was beautiful on the water with a shuttle to downtown. It is under construction but I didn’t hear any noise while I was there."

"Great location. Friendly staff. Very nice rooms."

"It was very nice and a welcome break from hotel rooms on my road trip. Very comfortable, spacious, and clean."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. I would add another waffle maker since it was the only hot food available and there was a line to use it."

"It was a little cold in the room even with the heater on"
