"We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was perfect! The view from our room, on the 41st floor in the north tower was amazing. All staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Can't wait for our next stay!"

"We loved the serving staff at breakfast and our swimming fun with our family. I loved the location too. We suggest you provide allergy free pillows as a choice. Your feather pillows left us all uncomfortable with allergies. I paid for a falls view suite. I got a view of the hotel sign next door. Dissatisfied with this and the cost of breakfast at $150."

"Think of this place as a $60 a night motel with a great location and an amazing view if you're staying in one of the higher floors. (10+) The internet didn't work. The mini fridge in the room didn't keep things that cool even at the highest setting. The bed was terrible. Even the bathroom was badly designed. It was not a handicap room but we had a shower that was 35 sqft. We measured. You could fit 10 people in there. It would have been cool if it was a rainfall shower or a steam shower but...

"Location of hotel was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Parking was convenient but limited spaces. A few issues were: the desk chair was falling apart at seat.( Needed to use a towel to sit on due to upholstery tearing & sticking to my clothes.), horrible smell coming out of one bathroom sink,( sewage?), and latch lock for balcony door was broken at the bottom. Breakfast was good, however, the hours were later than most places, 8AM & was not informed of this at booking. Not able to use the...

"Staff were friendly but everything is so outdated. From hallways, elevators, and bedroom. My daughter wanted to go to swimming pool but I told her no because it looks so disgusting. They have free breakfast but only 1 McMuffin per guest and a banana."

"Overall a nice hotel. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean. The location is great and right by a wego bus stop. The breakfast was waffles, bagels, toast, mini-donuts, juice and mini-powdered donuts, which was good but limited. Parking is limited by the building, and it is a short walk to the overflow parking. Would stay again for the value. "
