"Stayed one night to explore Niagara Falls. Pleased with the front desk service, i.e. staff were helpful, polite and welcoming. The state and cleanliness of the room were as advertised. The quality of food (breakfast) was satisfactory. Will consider booking in this hotel again in the future. Thank you for making our stay comfortable."

"Our room was too small. Was obviously a single bed room where they added a 2nd bed to make it a double bedroom. Also, the shower did not have a curtain or sliding glass door, so when we showered, water went all over the bathroom floor. The staff was generally friendly when I brought issues to their attention. The location is great."
