"This place was disgusting. Rooms smelled, broken windows, the door on one of the 2 rooms we rented had been kicked in who knows how many times? There was a big gap in the door frame, and the door was in no way secure even with the deadbolt latched. Family members that were with us witnessed several drug deals being made in the parking lot at 6 o’clock in the evening in Broad daylight. The ice machine didn’t work. They only had coffee made in tge mirning, no hot water ot tea options. I think it was over priced for what you got"
