The terrace upstairs on top of the building didn’t have a lot of outside seating and was very crowded sadly . "The front desk staff could be nicer. They weren’t rude or anything but very curt. FYI at first glance seems to be in the heart of things but surprisingly remote."

"We would definitely stay here again. The location was great and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. Our room was small, but all we did was sleep there. We parked our car at a lot within walking distance to the hotel."

"Excellent location for the tram ride into town. The hotel was perfect with comfortable beds, dark rooms, great shower and a decent breakfast with lots of hot coffee all day. The only downside for us was the noise of the AC. We turned it off at night but the room soon warmed up."
