"Agréable découverte d'un très beau village Basque dans un environnement magnifique pour faire de la randonnée. L'hôtel est situé tout proche du centre-ville à pied. Parking au pied de L'hôtel. L'accès est facilité à toute heure par l'envoi de code d'accès par WhatsApp. Contacts en français par messagerie et en anglais au comptoir. La chambre était très spacieuse. Leitza se trouve à 38 km de San Sebastian ce qui m'a permis d'y passer une journée. "

"Très bon séjour chez Alberta et Pavi. Le gps nous y a amener très facilement ( des pancartes confirmaient notre chemin). L'endroit est incroyable, un bijou dans la nature!!Je recommande!"

"We loved this hotel, it was very clean and comfortable. The room was great, we enjoyed the very efficient bus service into San Sebastián. Although we didn’t get time to swim, the pool and bar looked great! We’d definitely recommend this hotel for a trip to San Sebastián. "

"Nice and clean glamping with supermarket, great restaurant and the surrounding area was full of nature and green "

"Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were so kind and flexible. If room needed to be cleaned late they arranged it. Housekeepers very good and left room impeccably clean. It was quiet and we could not hear any noise from the street outside. Beds were large and comfortable. "

"Clean and well maintained property. The stuff was very helpful. Breakfast has a good amount of options. The bed was ok and they had huge pillows that in my opinion were a kind of uncomfortable, but not a dealbreaker."

"Overall we had a great stay! Walkable location, great staff, rooftop bar & pool were great and the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Also, the secret elevator was a great option. We will visit San Sebastián again and return to this hotel."
