"The staff made a lot of effort to make us feel at home. Service was exceptional. We had multiple meals at the restaurant. We communicated to the hotel one morning that we were delayed for breakfast and the team managed to take our orders in advance and serve us post-breakfast hours. Food was good with enough variety. "Wij hebben bij Ponte Villas een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad. Bij aankomst had Jarno last van Bali Belly, maar het personeel heeft hem geweldig geholpen. Ze zorgden voor gemberthee en verse kokosnoot, en het eten werd speciaal voor hem aangepast. Echt fantastische service! Onze vriend Wawan speelde hierin een grote rol en verdient absoluut een extra vermelding, maar uiteraard ook het andere personeel. De kamers en het hotel zijn prachtig, alles is netjes en schoon. Jayak doet hier heel hard...

"We had a wonderful stay at Qunci Villas. We were upgraded from a sea view room to room 23, which had fantastic views. Food was fabulous, spa treatments very good. Due to travel problems we had to stay an extra night in another room in the garden area and at the far side of the resort. The room was lovely, but the noise from the local mosque was quite intrusive, especially at 5.10am! Earplugs were offered and of course local customs have to be respected, but if we had booked 4 nights in that...

"We had the best time on our honeymoon. The staff was really lovely throughout. The property is beautiful if a little tired on the edges. We loved the pool area and spent a lot of time there. It would be great if it had a little more vibe - maybe some Cafe del Mar music and some special events like bbq or pizza nights. The bedroom was very comfortable with a beautiful ocean view through the trees. It was a little close to the road so scooter noise was unfortunately higher than the ocean waves...
