"We had been looking forward to coming here for a few years but it sadly didn’t live up to standard. The photos on the listing are outdated (taken when the property first opened years ago) The property is now looking tired and the staff in the restaurant didn’t seem to have much of a clue! Our waitress took one drink order at a time! We have stayed in much nicer and better value for money lodges in the park. The safari however was exceptional and our ranger was outstanding in knowledge."

"This is a really nice reasonably priced getaway with lots of activities that are extra. The Spa, Segways, Clay Pigeon Shooting and Boat Tours were all great. The staff are really good and attentive. The manageress of the place however is not a nice lady screaming at staff and guests alike. Dream Resorts should take action against her as they have a great product. "

"The orst stay for me at a resort so far. There are many double standards, i.e. No place for people to enjoy the day and have theri smoke aditioction. the signage around the facolities state that smoking is not allowed neare than 50m, but the indoor poole has a smoking area 5m away from the building. only 1 little area that says smoking, but only maybe 5 people can satnd there, the people want to relax in there own environment. "Didnt like the attitude from the ladies at the restaurant not all of them anyways.they communicated very poorly with us.And the other thing is that although there is a map it is impossible for the first timer to follow the directions correctly as the route is explained at the reception but very fast.we got lost several times before we got to our destinations.
