TV guide on screen was almost unusable. Channel numbers listed did not match the on screen. Shower not hot, but gets much hotter after 3 or 4 minutes after face is covered with soap. Staff told about problems, but no action."

"I was very pleased with the quality of this hotel for the price! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a smaller continental breakfast, which was fine, and the scrambled eggs and sausage were quite tasty! They also offered fresh fruit, a mini waffle station, muffins and fresh juice. There was plenty of free parking and the location was perfect for trips to Liverpool and Syracuse. I was very pleased!"

"Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchenette had incredibly limited dishware- literally 2 plates, bowls, and glasses with a few pieces of silverware. No mugs for hot drinks.
