"We were told our room had been recently renovated. However, the door was extremely difficult to open and close—it would stick badly both going in and coming out. I was never able to open it on my own, and luckily my husband was able to get it open for me. The bathtub in the bathroom also appeared to need some work, as the bottom was chipped. "I got “insurance”on my visit. They did not honor it and I was charged for two nights and didn’t stay for either. Do not stay here or use Expedia for planning a trip."

"The staff was fantastic. We had a problem with the AC in our room and they moved us to another room very quickly. The hotel went through recent renovations and it looks great. Breakfast was also good. Pricing is very reasonable. Totally will recommend it."

"Nice park-side location. About a 15 minute walk to downtown and restaurants. They have their own parking, so that is convenient. The "king size" beds seemed rather small to us."

"Great breakfast options. Staff was friendly even when my daughter made a huge spill in the dining area. Owner was great with his staff as well, from what I seen. Only thing was the noise of either staff or a guest our last night there at 1230am. They even had a welcome bag for my daughter of snacks and a water. That was super sweet!"

"Dirty hotel. No individually controlled AC in rooms. I was provided a fan and told they were upgrading the system next year. Tall gentleman at front desk did not even greet us when we approached for check-in. Poorly run and mismanaged."

"The staff were very helpful. My only criticism would be the tiles in the bathroom floors. They need an upgrade in the grouting. The floors must have been recently washed as they were a bit slippery. Some new decorating would also help. Thankyou…"
