"I didn’t love how our balcony view over-looked a weird slab of concrete and it almost looked unfinished. But besides that the room was very nice, the cleanliness was on point, majority of staff was kind and helpful."

"The hotel was fine — not great — definitely not bad — just fine. It was as expected from a resort of the caliber charging $500+ p/n, and worth the cost. The pro shop staff though …. Easily the most unprofessional bunch of screw ups I’ve encountered in all my travels. Worse than any bargain basement Motel 6 staff, this bunch couldn’t do anything right to such an extent that it became a joke to see what they’d screw up from day to day. Pure comedy.
