" The hotel is clean, beautiful, and the staff was excellent throughout our stay. I did run into one issue I had arranged via chat with the hotel to have my EV charged while using valet, since I was on a tight schedule the next morning. Unfortunately, the car wasn’t charged as requested. However, the team responded quickly and professionally by crediting the valet fee, which I appreciated. "The staff and level of service are really what set this hotel apart from other luxury properties. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The pool experience and all dining were wonderful. Our room was beautiful - the ONLY negative was that the room was described as sleeping 4, however the beds were full-sized, not queens, so it was very tight. But all the other positives outweighed that one minor inconvenience. "
