"Schönes Hotel, sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Leider war das Bad teilweise so schmutzig, dass ich mich beschwert habe. Darauf wurde auch umgehend reagiert. Trotzdem darf so etwas bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse nicht vorkommen. Auch wollte man mich zuerst in einer Suite, die direkt gegenüber einer lauten Baustelle lag, unterbringen. Da habe ich sofort reagiert und gewechselt. Die dann bezogene Suite war wie gesagt nicht sauber genug und ein Raum auch sehr dunkel."

"We had the deluxe double room for one night. I chose this hotel for the specific purpose of the pool and jacuzzi. I was sorely disappointed to find out that the jacuzzi was not hot AT ALL. The heated pool was not very warm either. It would have been ok if we had access to the hammam easily, but it could comfortably hold only 2 people at a time. "Chambre récemment rénovée de toute beauté Le seul bémol; le personnel en salle à manger, soit vous avez de la chance au dîner et vous êtes servis par le meilleur serveur qui soit, soit vous tomber sur un individu qui agit comme un robot qui n’a pas l’option sourire en force ou une espèce de Matrone au déjeuner qui court tout le temps!!! Un aspect qui est franchement inacceptable dans ce genre d’établissement."

Parking is convenient in the underground car park just outside the city gates but prohibitively expensive. cheapest option is park and ride but….. Room was big and airy but very darkly decorated with dark green carpet on the floor and up the walls - bring a torch! The floor was badly stained but clean.bed was the biggest we have ever slept in and very comfortable We enjoyed our stay and would use this hotel again"
