"When we checked in, we did not have towels in our room and we were told we didn’t order the towel package, which was not even an option for us so we had to Uber to the mall to get towels to have towels in our room for the weekend. They also only provide one roll of toilet paper and told us we had to purchase more if we needed more just not the state we were expecting and definitely not what was listed on the website."

"Hotel bien ubicado para el aeropuerto y con los servicios necesarios. Buen servicio"

"It was a wonderful hotel and so convenient for our travels."

"Better option than the other hotels in the area. Quiet and a good restaurant."

"One 7 person shuttle van to/from the terminal which runs back and forth every 30 minutes. It can only accommodate 7 people. So if you can’t get on one you have to wait 30 minutes for the next one"

"There was a small housekeeping issue but otherwise a very convenient smart hotel near CDG, perfect for an overnight stay. Our room was exceptionally quiet which is worth noting for a hotel so close to an airport. We would stay there again."

"Not too impressed with the hotel."

"I don’t even know where to begin. This place was horrible and the “manager” was even worse. Receptionist was sweet. Manager?… horrible."

"Wonderful staff. Great place."

"Good location if in need of hotel near CDG. Breakfast was the highlight; plentiful and well thought of Also appreciated the quiet all around. Surprisingly no airline noise. Staff is very nice."

"Très pratique au niveau de l’emplacement. Personnel serviable! Top"

"We stayed 3 nights and found the hotel very comfortable. Room was a good size and the shower and bed great. The breakfast had a few good options. We had wanted to have a snack one of the evenings and need some cutlery and plates, no plates and we were given disposable cutlery and saucers from the coffee bar. It would have been nice to be able to use some of the breakfast plates and cutlery. No waist."

"Tienes que buscar la llave para acceder. Publican en precio la habitacion y realmente cuesta mas"

"I felt the cleanliness of the hotel was below standard. Because I booked late, the cost was high for what I received. The Premiere might be better than the side I stayed. I didn’t shower as the shower was moldy and I changed rooms when the first room I was given was not clean and smelled weird."
