"Great"

"Great location and staff was very helpful!"

"I have stayed here before without issue, however I will never be able to stay again. The entire third floor where we were staying reeked of smoke when we arrived and it continued for our entire stay. Upon notifying the front desk, their solution was to come spray a citrus smelling something in the hallway which then mixed with the smoke and smelled awful. It was so bad, that it was seeping into our room all night. There are signs and fliers everywhere touting the property as being 100% smoke...

"I highly recommend this hotel! I was initially skeptical as I had not heard of this hotel chain before. I stopped by in advance of my stay and the manager, Shauna, gave me a tour and put my mind at ease. Our stay was fantastic! Shauna and her team were professional, pleasant, and made us feel so welcome! They quickly responded to any questions or requests we had and checked in throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. Book your stay, you will not be disappointed!"

"Covenient location, nice breakfast, comfortable beds."

"Room was clean and spacious, Staff was helpful and curious"

"Breakfast"

"One of our group had uninvited guests in their room that are able to withstand a nuclear explosion-roaches! The bathroom was not clean, the shower floor was dirty. Two others were told their reservations were canceled because of a burst pipe- however they did not even attempt to help them find other accommodations and then tried to charge them for the room still! Third pair asked for sheets, blankets and a pillow for the sofa. They gave them one sheet only, said they were out?’"
