"Receptionist She was very bad at talking. She doesn't have the patience she has to have. I had my baby and she told me that she cried a lot that she didn't want to hear noise. She's not good at talking and being where she is. If she doesn't like to have clients that she doesn't work there . wanted another night but she didn't want to help me"

"Very clean room, fantastic air conditioning, comfortable beds, and wonderfully attentive staff in the restaurant. Sadly, an early flight prevented us from having breakfast, but the front desk was fully staffed (at 4:00 am) and quickly handled our checkout. Would happily stay there again!"

"When we checked in the front desk person was nice, we tried to check in around hour and a half early. Understandably, there were no rooms ready yet; she asked us to give them 20-30 minutes to get a room ready. We came back to check in and went to our room, upon opening the door the room was pungent with the smell of cigarette smoke. We notified the front desk and asked if we could switch rooms. "Staff was very helpful and friendly. However my room smelled awful and I had to spray perfume to mask the odor. It smelled like mildew. The ceiling in the bathroom had a huge water stain. The pool was a bit dirty due to a party that used it before we arrived. Having someone skim the pool after such a large party would be helpful. The wall paper was coming off the wall in the hallways and the carpet in the elevator was coming up. I expect better quality from a Marriott property especially being...

"The room was neat and clean. The location was the best thing because it was near everything. The staff were not the friendliest and acted like you were bothering them. There was a young lady who was kind of rude and condescending. I was able to relax but probably won’t go there again because they lack manners and good customer service."

"This hotel has a lot of potential but unfortunately it’s very old and run down. The price is too high for this kind of quality. The rooms are very out dated, bed sheets are literally dirty and stained. The bath tubs needs serious replacement and the sink doesn’t drain properly which overflows. The staff is nice and the location is convenient."

"There were sirens, gun shots, a woman trying to sell us Jordan’s at midnight, another woman came knocking on our door & then ran away at 5 am. Did not feel safe staying there what so ever. "This was one of the most disgusting hotels that our family has stayed at. Property is dirty with stains on walls and the carpets everywhere you look. There was the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways. The room floor was dirty and I did not want to walk on it without shoes on. The water from the tap had an odd smell as well. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone else. We still enjoyed our trip to Williamsburg and didn’t let the hotel experience ruin it for...
