"Front staff lacks training in handling fire hazard/emergency situations. AC took long to get fixed after which sparks caused a fire that I extinguished and informed the reception staff to get this looked at asap but there was no real sense of danger/urgency on their behalf, which indicates I was purposely put in a defective room and wasted 3-4 hrs of my stay. Check in took long to get done. Overall a poor experience. "

"The cleaning staff were amazing and friendly and the room was well maintained. There were not enough loungers at the pool, which meant you had to get to the pool by 9:00am to get a place. Bar service was slow at all the bars. The resort is very busy and great if you like the constant traffic and noise. The service is much better and faster if you have an all inclusive package but is very costly compared to other resorts. It doesn’t have the best beach and is difficult to snorkel. I would...

Siamo stati quasi 2 settimane, tra sole, cibo e mare. Tutti gli operatori super gentili, struttura consigliata per coppie e famiglie, per una vacanza veloce o per una luna di miele. "Notre séjour au Sugar Beach a été exceptionnel : cadre idyllique, équipe au top, très attentionnée. Un grand merci à Wasim qui a veillé à ce que tout soit parfait, mais également à Stephan, Joy et Françoise. Chambre impeccable, petit déjeuner très varié et restaurants très agréables sur le resort (petit cœur pour le Mare Mare). Nous reviendrons et je recommande les yeux fermés"

"There is only 1 resturant and a buffet not 2 as advertised. We were there for 2 nights to end our honeymoon from a cruise. We were unable to get in either nights to the restaurant despite there only being 4 people dinning a one point. We raised that it was our honeymoon and we hadn’t been able to experience the resturant were told well there is a cruise in. Some staff were very lovely others rude when serving drinks.
