The hotel is poorly maintained and appears to be falling apart. The biggest issue was that our bathroom toilet flooded, creating an unsanitary situation. When we reported it to the front desk, we were told there was “nothing they could do” because someone had stolen the only plunger two days earlier. That is completely unacceptable for any hotel.
