"I wasn't to happy with one staff, I had ask her to send covered strawberries with the wine, we waited for 20 minutes, I had to call again and I spoke with one of the staff she was very nice, I think the bed was to firm didn't sleep much."

"Staff was wonderful!! The fitness room has like a floor bubble of some sort. Needs to be fixed. Saw several people almost trip"

"This place was horrible, bad service, woke up to fire ants in our room, stains on the bed blankets"

"One of the worst experiences I've had. I rarely write negative reviews, but this warranted one. We came with 20 people for my husband's 50th birthday to see a great band. I didn't realize the main casino allows smoking. Had I known, I would never have booked. I arranged VIP seating through Melissa and understood it was confirmed. She suggested also checking with a host, so my friend contacted his host, Chris, who confirmed it too. We arrived and weren't on the list. Staff said they couldn't...

"Nice refurbished building. pretty good accommodations. we only stayed one night but overall I'd go back again."

"Great stay in Providence. Always ready, clean, and curtious."

"Great location and friendly staff. Rooms were clean."

"The staff were helpful. The room was clean but smelled old and musty from water drops from the AC that settled in the carpet. The Key cards for the room kept deactivating even when it wasn’t against our phones. It was overall an okay stay!"

"The only issue was that the elevators weren't running properly. Took a long time to get up and down."

"Very clean and well appointed space. We were very happy with our accommodations"

"perfect location for exploring Providence"

"😁"

"This has become our go-to when visiting our child at school. Location is very convenient, friendly staff, always clean. Only negative is it can be pricey at times. Otherwise, great hotel."

"We were a bit upset with the room setting for the price we paid. We scheduled for a studio with queen bed, but because we had a pet we were placed in a (supposedly pet friendly room) that was somewhat uninviting. No couch, an uncomfortable bed and a recliner which is really not pet friendly, especially if your pet is in an unfamiliar environment. If they crawl under it to hide and someone doesn't know the cat is under it, they can get seriously injured. (not very well thought through on that...

"Great location!"
