"The staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly. The valets were wonderful. The front desk staff was a great help when we checked in and the air-conditioning was not working in our room, they had us moved to a new room with working air-conditioning very quickly. We loved the bar staff in Fleur! They were great!"

"The room given to us is not yet ready, the cleaners are still there. The cleaning process was not yet done because the dusts on the table was still visible. The bed sheets were I think not replaced because there were strands of hair. The staff were not properly coordinated. The parking is conveniently available near the entrance. The kitchen was available but there were no kitchenware, and utensils available. I think the kitchen was no use because of that."

"Traveled for the 4th of July visiting family. I returned to the property just before 9pm. I went to the Bistro to get a beverage at 8:55 and they close at 9. One lady in front of me was paying her bill and I asked the attendant who was working, what time they close and she said loudly “now, I’m closing now!” Others nearby started laughing.. I walked away and looked at my phone time and I know I was at the end of the day but I had 5 minutes, all I wanted was a beer to bring back to the room.....
