"I recently stayed at Hotel Palace Bologna Center. While I understand that it’s an older hotel, I appreciated that it was generally clean and I didn’t notice any cobwebs. Unfortunately, the carpet in my room was quite dirty and looked like it needed a thorough cleaning.
The biggest disappointment was the customer service. The staff were not very helpful during my stay. At one point, I simply wanted to fill my water bottle with cold water from the dining area. Although the door was closed, it...

"The WiFi did not work well for us and the bidet was the only thing available in the room after using the toilet (no toilet paper). Our stay was very short so we did not get to experience the breakfast. The room was clean, but very small."

"The room was very hot. I got the feeling that they cap the AC at a desired number, so even though I kept turning it lower it never got cool enough to sleep comfortably through the night. The hallway on the third floor smelled moldy. The shuttle service to the airport was for a free altough at reservation time this was not specified. The beds are ok and only one pillow was on it. The staff was great!"

"We had a wonderful time and stayed two nights here. Clean, friendly staff. Very welcoming and a bottle of wine and gifts awaited us in our room. Wonderful breakfast! The owners are wonderful people. Very helpful. We loved it there!"
