"Over all a good stay, location over the street from Central Station was ideal for day trip to Florence, and only 7 minutes by monorail to airport. Nice staff. Very clean. Would stay again if better room at a cheaper rate.
I was disappointed in the room, I booked a more expensive balcony room. Room was on the top floor, in the roof and the "balcony" was a space in the mansard, surrounded by a concrete barrier, no view. This part of the hotel is adjacent to a public food court & thoroughfare...

"The location of the hotel is great. 15 mins away from the train station, right by the old town, close to restaurants and bars, grocery store a few mins walk away. The staff during check-in were very helpful. Breakfast was basic but enough to fill you up. room was compact but enough for 2 nights stay. "
