"Phenomenal place, the ambiance, the decor, the TEAM...THE TEAM is phenomenal, the walkability of the location! I was so inspired by the decor that I have decided to jump into my own house projects. The walls are a little...thinner than I'd like, a couple was...enjoying themselves VERYYYYY loudly and it was pretty uncomfortable. The first half of the week is quiet, but Thursday-weekend its pretty loud due to the GORGEOUS club upstairs.
Overall GREAT stay for our 10th wedding anniversary."

"Property was well maintained, pool bar was great with great music, friendly bartenders. Restaurants were ok but expensive. Drinks also at all the bars were expensive. It’s a great resort just come ready to SPEND. The restaurants outside of the resort were GREAT!!! Great authentic puerto rican at a fraction of the cost. An uber cost max. Of $12 to any restaurant.
Palomino beach was great with food and drinks available. "

"We had a comfortable 2 nights here. It’s very expensive to stay here - breakfast was $26 per person and evening meals were on the pricey side. The bar meals were good but had limited hours. We were disappointed that the beach wasn’t great. It was very busy over the weekend. We would consider staying here again but would check other options.

"The Royal Sonesta San Juan was fantastic. Great location, beautiful grounds, clean, welcoming atmosphere, and staff were very attentive and friendly. The rooms were very nice and spacious, and the added patio was a nice addition. Upgrading to the club level was a great experience and worth it. Our only suggestion for the resort would be to upgrade the beach towels and beach/pool chairs as they were a bit worn.
