It appears that at least a third of the property has permanent residents. The entrance I was told to use has a door with a broken lock and the panic bar zip tied open with a sign simply saying door lock broken don’t use. "Was in town for my son's graduation with my 80 year old father with mobility issues. I reserved and ADA room and there ended up being some maintenance that needed to be done before we arrived. Wendy at Jackson Park Inn reached out to me proactively before we arrived and worked and corresponded with me several times to make sure they had a solution that worked for his mobility issues. I was very grateful for her. The staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!"

"It was dirty, smell and everything. The sheet (I think unwashed) had a cig burn. There were ants. I paid and then was told to go to a separate building outback. We were so tired, but tucked stu to sleep. EweDidn't use the shower, it was disgusting."

"We stayed here for the pool, so my child could swim, and it was extremely cold. Like too cold to even get in! The hot tub was green and they didn’t have towels stocked in the pool area either. Our coffee pot in the room had a rotten pepper in it. Had the pool and hot tub been warm and clean, the stay would have been perfect."
