It is like my time share property in Cairo, excellent massage by the pool by professional and polite Kamar , excellent hookah and drinks at the bar by the pool and panoramic view. IN SUMMARY MY FAVORITE HOTEL IN CAIRO FOR LAST 10 YEARS !"

"The hotel is an oasis in the hectic, congested downtown Cairo. It is extremely difficult to walk anywhere. The room on the 25th floor was very modern, clean, and a spectacular view. This is a busy hotel. The lobby is buzzing. When we arrived the staff was amazing. No waiting. Salma was particularly helpful. Very kind and professional. A true gem. Ombeya also ensured our check out was smooth and helped us store our luggage. Would definitely recommend. Not sure why ratings were lower. Ignore them."

"Checked in - poky little lobby. Got taken to our rooms. The smell of mustiness when the door opened was overwhelming. Room is poky and claustrophobic. Carpets and fixtures really badly maintained. Ripped carpets. Sticky floors. Tried to upgrade to suites. Slightly larger but all the same issues. Left swiftly and went to the Four Seasons a couple of minutes away. Less than an hour spent at Kempinski. Avoid unless you’re content with paying five star prices for a three star experience."

Until now, I still not receive the refund of 1 night charged at my credit card (because my friend made the full payment by his credit card). The hotel said they need 5 days for the refund, but it now 9 days already (I stay from 15 to 18 Jan 2020). My booking number at Hotels was: 9211066727534."
