"Due to the location of the hotel it was very very loud. In this context the pool on the 3rd floor could not be used because of the ENORMOUS noise. The lobby was very very crowded, check-in extremely slow. Rooms, even the Deluxe one, which were by no means cheap, were very tired. All these comments were already provided in the reviews however we made the bad decision to still go there. I really would not go there."

"What one would expect from a 5 star hotel - spacious rooms, attentive staff, excellent food and restaurant choices. Enjoyed the breakfast as there were a variety of food choices.
While we did not face the Nile or street view, we faced toward the museum. The sound from outside below (wedding and entertainment patio) carried to the 11th floor so if you are not a sound sleeper, suggest bringing ear plugs or don’t go to bed before 10 pm!"

"Everything was fine, except the refund of the deposit my room is quite late. Until now, I still not receive the refund of 1 night charged at my credit card (because my friend made the full payment by his credit card). The hotel said they need 5 days for the refund, but it now 9 days already (I stay from 15 to 18 Jan 2020). My booking number at Hotels was: 9211066727534."
