"Amazing hotel with a washing machine inside each room. Honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed within Vietnam. The receptionist was kind of rude when I checked in though. I was served tap water (which I politely declined) when I checked it, and she served the next family some sort of fancy red tea. Check in was delayed by around 10 minutes as well. Everything else was great."

"Our villa was only a 2 minute walk from the beach. It was very spacious for my family of 6. We woke up to see the sun rise and we played volleyball at the beach. Then we chilled in the pool after long days seeing the sightseeing. Lisa and Phuong were so kind and helpful. The only negative is that the facilities were closed because mamagement changed. And having to take buggies to and from the entry gate was a little inconvenient but the staff did their best."

"I’ve travelled all over Vietnam and this is absolutely the nicest, most well equipped room I’ve stayed in. I believe our room is called the “sound room”. It’s very spacious & clean. More than big enough for 2 people. Internet/wifi speed is lightning fast (300mbps). Bed is huge & comfortable. Tv has Netflix, prime, Apple TV, YouTube etc. Speakers are set up for surround sound. "I recently stayed at TMS Hotel in Da Nang and had a wonderful stay. The staff were lovely, the room was well maintained with plenty of space for 2 people. Although booked a partial ocean view, it was still really nice with the balcony especially for sunrise views. The buffet was well stocked and even when full, the staff were incredibly quick to reset tables. The staff proactively contacted me before my last day to arrange for transportation to the airport and even was flexible in the arrangement for my family. I would not hesitate to reach out to recommend this hotel to my friends and family."

The staff not one but all were exceptional—extremely attentive, friendly and professional, and always happy to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The resort facilities were absolutely fantastic. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality food, and we ate the local cuisine. In fact, the food was so good that we ended up staying at the resort for lunch and dinner as well, rather than venturing out! The pool facilities were fantastic, and the entire resort was beautifully maintained—spotlessly clean, tidy and immaculate throughout. Our room was spacious, extremely comfortable and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, this was one of the best resort experiences we’ve had. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
