"I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The breakfast was delicious and the room was gorgeous! I had a large tub and shower and lots of room. It was close enough to walk to the main attractions of Antigua Guatemala. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Perdi mi dinero, no me quede en el hotel, el personal que atiende es una vergüenza.
Somos una pareja de personas mayores, que debia caminar 3 cuadras en las calles de piedra de Antigua jalando se equipaje, porque no tienen parqueo propio, ese no es problema, el problema es que si usted pide ayuda, olvidelo, haga lo que hacen todos, si quiere, como me dijeron... y si no, como uste prefiera....
ASI QUE SI USTED QUIERE UNA PESIMA EXPERIENCIA VAYA A ESTE HOTEL.
Mi esposo y yo preferimos perder...

"The location of this hotel is why we picked it. Half a block from central park and easy walking distance to most Antigua sites we wanted to visit. They property has a beautiful courtyard and rooftop. The wifi worked well and we always had ample hot water. The breakfast was just OK but to be fair we had very excellent local breakfast at 2 prior places we stayed in GT so I am using that as comparison. The hotel has alot of old historic character which was beautiful and they kept everything...

"From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in smooth and easy. My room was spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel really stood out. Each morning, I enjoyed fresh coffee in the lobby, and the conveniently placed water stations were a nice touch. Every interaction made me feel at home, and the entire experience was truly relaxing and enjoyable."
