"Excellent location- an easy walk to restaurants and shopping in old town Sacramento - plus we could walk to Amtrak. Staff was excellent- friendly and helpful. It’s a little noisy for sleeping being so close to a highway and train station but I’d definitely stay here again!"

"The Delta King provided a delightful alternative to a sterile hotel environment. It is an old converted river ship with gorgeous woodwork and features like a pull-chain toilet and 2 shower knobs to adjust hot and cold with good water pressure. The restaurant was good and the staff extremely attentive, friendly and interactive. Our room, while small, was clean and more than adequate with a great view of the river. "Pet friendly, room is clean and smells clean, great shower excellent water pressure. Pool is clean and plenty big enough with outdoor furniture, gazebo and lots of grass area. The parking is a little frustrating if you leave at night, and come back expecting a spot anywhere close to your room. We just parked out front and didnt let it bother our stay. "

"Our plane was canceled because of weather and we missed our flight. I called the hotel eight hours before and said we are stuck in Chicago. Can I please cancel my hotel reservation. The staff person was snarky, rude and told me that I was going to be charged 100% even though there was no way for me to get to Sacramento as I was stuck in Chicago. I travel a fair amount and so does my family. I was appalled by how this was handled. hard pass on this Hotel."

"The staff was very nice! I had trouble with my flight & they were able to help me. The parking is super tight, I don’t think it’s legal to have parking spots so tight. There aren’t really my amenities, only breakfast. The rooms are cute & they were clean. There was a guest yelling at the front desk attendant and although the lady wasn’t cursing, she was very confrontational and uncooperative, and making herself out to be the victim. Other guests who were sleep deprived after flights were shaken...

"We stayed here because they had park and fly options and a shuttle to the airport. The only negative for us was that the shuttle doesn’t run as late as our return flight. "
