"Spent too long in Monterrey and had to find a last minute stay. I would not come here again. I dont know how this place has high ratings. The room was not cleaned, there was trash on the corners under the sink, the bathroom floor was full of hairs. No towels or floor mat for the bathroom floor. Water got all over the floor. The towels were thin and on their last leg with stains that made me question if they were even washed. The bed has a metal skirt that makes the loudest noise and u hit it just getting close to the bed. Thankfully the sheets were clean, we really inspected that. "

Furniture design is a class apart; it is designed with the traveler in mind. From plugs all over the room to excellent lighting fixtures and ceiling-to-ground shades, keep the sun ☀️ out until you want. The fitness center has what you need. The indoor pool is small, but what else do you need? Just cool off. The staff was great, from the front desk to the breakfast staff; they seemed to like working there. Relaxed family atmosphere and multiple areas to relax or have fun. It's walking distance to shopping and restaurants, and a short stroll to the beach. I would like to return. It is a great property. "
