"Check in was good. Had to change rooms at 5 am due to no hot water in shower. They should have been aware if room was properly cleaned. Also the shade was broken and lying on the floor. New room the coffe maker wasn’t working. Nobody available to get us a new one. We were offered use of the coffee bar, it only served Espressos and Latte’s. We do not drink those. Had to wait 2 hours for coffee to be available in the lobby. The only ability the staff has to solve issues is to switch your room which in very inconvenient. The gym was great."

"The hotel was run down, trash everywhere and the rooms were disgustingly dirty. There was hair all over the bay and the floor was so dirty my socks turned black No phone to even call downstairs since there was only one towel in the bathroom. When I did go to the front desk there was no one to be found. Truly disgusting and disappointing "
