"Best of the cheap motels in SC. It's further away from Ocean street and way less homeless people around. Clean."

"Plain room with basics. Tiny window that looked into the building across from it.
Close to downtown."

"I enjoy staying here. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff is very friendly especially John at the front desk!! John is very sweet and helpful 😀 hotel feels safe and there is a farmers market around the corner on Saturdays!! The farmers market is walkable and it was big with lots of food, flowers and fresh vegetables. Really enjoy this hotel !!"

"Pretty convenient location and a decent price compared with the astronomical price of many other options. Adequate parking and walkable distance to the downtown and plenty of dining options. I would stay again but would make sure my room was not immediately adjacent to the ice machine ( foot traffic of people getting ice) and the pool ( kids birthday parties etc not great if you’re trying to rest). Air conditioning was a bit loud tbh at least in my room - but on the plus side their wasn’t any...

"Nice property. Dont understand why they charge for parking...just roll it into the price! Rooms are small but comfy. We were not told they were closing for renovations the day we left, so some things were not as good as they should have been...like the pool and coffee service. And they started emptying rooms before we even left. Worth checking out June 2027 when they reopen, though. The location is perfect. Be sure to walk the wharf and see the sea lions underneath. Beautiful site!"
