"The bed in the initial room was full of bed bugs. We noticed that something was crawling on our skin around 2 a.m. the bugs were all over the duvet and under the pillows. I was absolutely horrified. We were given another room which was in an outside part of the hotel. They did not show any remorse for the bites that came from the bed bugs. As the welts came up pretty quick and looked apparent especially on my sisters face... They gave us 2 free drinks the next day, which was of no use, but...
