"They have a nice buffet breakfast. The room was clean but room 106 bath tub faucet water handle comes off which causes the bath tub faucet to constantly leak. The staff is really nice and helpful. I had a pleasant stay."

"I've booked this hotel several times for my employees to stay in when they are working multiple days in Memphis. I like that the parking is secure and that the room is large enough and has a sleeper sofa so that three people can stay comfortably. "

"I was very worried at first after reading reviews and never staying at a Four Points before, but I was pleasantly surprised once checking in. Check in was easy and quick. Staff was very friendly. Room was nice, clean, and appeared newly renovated. TV even accommodated Netflix and other streaming platforms. Only negative things about the room is the water pressure isn’t the greatest and there is only 2 towels and wash rags in the bathroom. Pool was open, it was clean and well kept. Felt amazing...
