"Clean room. Nice hotel and staff. Convenient location to Downtown & Beale St. You do hear a little bit of road noise although not as bad as I was anticipating and the hotel does give you complimentary ear plugs. Overall we had a good stay. "

"We have stayed here a few times when we come to watch the Grizzlies, but we will think twice when we come back to Memphis in December. Our room was not ready after the 4:00 p.m. check-in time, so we ran behind meeting up with friends. The man who had to not only deal with, but MANY other was giving it his best, so thank you. "overall the stay was great ! the rooms are a little outdated to me especially for how nice and inviting the lobby was ! the rooms were a bit of a let down however everything was clean and amenities were good . The staff were super friendly "

"outdated room. I like the living room area but felt we couldnt really sit on the couch bc it was stained. So that area went to waste. Rust stain in the toilet bowl. Felt like i had to walk around with shoes or socks. Bed was clean & commmfffy as were the pillows. Lots of mirrors so me my fiance and son could get ready at the same time. The breakfast was decent. It sis the job. There was sausage, potatoes, pancakes, eggs (i think from a box), oatmeal and muffins i believe cereal? Apple and orange...

"Perfectly positioned in the heart of Fun Town! Beale Street was just steps away. The staff was more than amazing. Rich and Lamaria at the front desk were unbelievable. Jake, more than just the "building engineer", provided us with a handwritten list of to-dos that was perfect. We will be back, and we will stay at ARRIVE, Memphis!!"

"The air conditioning in the room did not work. I called the front desk and told them and the lady said "We have never had A/C problems in that room before". She stated that someone would come look at it but no one ever came. After 45 minutes, I just returned the keys and checked out. The lady at the deak said she would let someone know and that I would be reimbursed for my one night stay, that never happened. Still waiting for reimbursement. "
