"Rooftop bar closed hour earlier than the time listed online and on the outside door. However room was very clean, comfy bed, good coffee! Parking is 22$, but that was less then surrounding hotels !!"

"Room was clean and spacious. Well appointed and comfortable. Air conditioning doesn’t work well. Despite setting the thermometer low we couldn’t get the room below 74. Makes for a tougher sleep when it’s so hot in the room. Breakfast was prebooked, Sunday was a pitiful buffet. Monday was grab and go and limited. Was not properly explained at booking. Overall a well located property. I’d stay here again. "

"Großes Zimmer, sauber außer dem Fahrstuhl, Frühstück gut, schnelles WIFI, Zimmerreinigung am ersten Tag um 7:30 Uhr, dass war für ins zu früh, am dritten Tag brauchten wir keine Reinigung mehr, Toilettenpapier gab es an der Rezeption. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt."

"There was nothing about the property that really made me like it. However, it wasn't the cleanest. The bathroom floor had something on it. The bathtub kept filling up while we took showers. Which tells me the drain wasn't working well. The young lady at the front desk was made aware. She said there was nothing she could do about it. They were understaffed. I would not book here again."

"Parking lot needs several large pot holes fixed. There is some mold in the shower ceiling. The staff was friendly but I called and asked for towels and the front desk told me I can come get them. I probably wouldn’t return. "

"Great Location! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I rated the physical condition of the property very good instead of excellent because there were some big stains on the hallway carpet on the second floor and the trim was coming off the bathroom barn door. Also, I found a capsule on a chair that the previous housekeeper had missed. All in all I had a good stay and would come back."

"I enjoyed my 3 night stay. 24hr free fresh coffee available. Breakfast delicious, well cooked and appreciated the variety of foods, fruits, juices, cereals; even waffle maker! My only dissapointment was the computer / printer area access door was locked due to "it is not working" ( was the phrase given). Location was perfect for me. I almost chose a different hotel because of the "bedbug" reviews. Then read where even 5 star hotels have bed bugs. Trust me i was vigilant and did not detect...

"Horrible. Made it there with my wife tired after a long drive ready to lay down just to find out that the property had cancelled my reservation stating they were overbooked and simply waiting for me to arrive to let me know instead of calling me in advance to alert me. Now I have hundreds of dollars hung up because of this and I’m being told that it will take 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and back to me. Not to mention I had to obtain a hotel at another location so...
