"I wanted to love this resort but I must say the hotel is in terrible conditions. I checked into my Room and there was a broken makeup mirror and Blood on the bathroom (room 548) wall and the overhead shower was not working.. I contacted the front desk and they told me they would come and fix it. They never did.I spoke to the front desk agent Named Jackie and she spoke to her manager (she was helpful she put the notes on my account about the damages and gave me a $150.00 credit but they ended up charging me )The food was great but the staff wasn’t very friendly. After checking out my Credit card was charged $1300.00 for a broken mirror that I reported when I first checked in. I contacted the resort to fix these changes and every time I called they said they would get back to me never did . Now I’m disputing this with my credit card. Stay far away from this resort . "

Front desk women not nice at all not very accommodating kind of rude sorry to say the older gentleman was very nice brought towels to our room. "We have had another wonderful stay at Princess Heights Luxury Hotel. We were there for 12 days and we love the location. We had the ocean view to wake up to every morning which was amazing and lovely to sit on the patio to wake up slowly. Very quiet location, attentive staff, good restaurants within driving distance. Dawn Beach is close to walk to but small. We were lucky to see some monkeys while there also. We highly recommend this location, however, you do need a car or use a taxi to get around. The pool was lovely and such a great way to relax at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. "

"The property was fully equipped with everything you need. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, big smart tv’s in living room & bedroom, bathroom come with hair dryer. The hotel is set up like an apartment. It’s next to all the restaurants & stores & night life. I would recommend you have a car to get up & down the parking garage or you will be walking up the hill. Also it’s a rooftop pool that’s 24 hrs. Only issue I had with my unit was the shower was back up"
