"I had an enjoyable stay overall. The hotel’s oceanfront location is excellent, with direct access to a beautiful beach. "Very bad experience this time with Divi little bay. Unprofessional staff at front desk, plenty of ants, roaches, fleas in the room at every spot including the beds, bedsheets, bathroom, dining table, plates, utensils, doors etc. You see these everywhere in room and upon complaining it twice, no action taken. No proper room service. Called bell man, no one shows up for long time and we had to drag our bags from top floor to the check in counters which was a lot of walk. Uncleaned property.
