"The property was amazingly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning/servicing of the room does not happen everyday unless you request (and pay) for it but we always got clean towels and rubbish removed when we requested the service. The hotel has a good size beach with very calm water. Loved the beach! There were a few activities throughout the day which was nice as well. "The location of property for snorkeling was great as you could easily swim in the bay and find a lot of really great snorkeling. The property was laid out to make it easy to get to things and shuttles were readily available. We initially gave our experience a rating of 2 due to issues with the toilet in the room and most importantly the attitude, laziness and work ethic of the staff members we encountered on day 1. "Le petit déjeuner était super, le personnel super accueillant.
Le seul point que je n’ai pas apprécié c’est les prises, ce sont des prises américaines. Ce serait bien de mettre des prises européennes aussi."
