"Staff was extremely kind, wish the pool was open so I had more space to unwind. This location is great, in walking distance to anything you’d need as if looked out by fate. "The property needs upgrade.. The doors was hard to open and even the towels had blood on it.. I took pictures of the towels and I put that blood stain towel on the floor and the little one that was on the sink was dirty.. My first day I called for towels cause there was only 1 and the second day I called after we got back from graduation and my 2 rooms wasn't cleaned nor any new towels nor any shampoos and conditioner.. "The room was dirty the water was cold the tv did not work at all the maid didn’t take the trash out or make the beds even tho we stayed for a week and told the staff to do garbage and beds they never once gave us more towels or even checked on us at all I had to go in the office and make them fix the tv and when I checked out I cleaned the room Myself bagged up all the trash stripped the beds and left them all in a pile on one bed and they still kept my security deposit."
