"We stayed for a couple of hours into our planned 4-night visit. But we saw a few things that prompted us to cancel our stay and leave. My husband saw a prostitute in the hallway, and the lobby smelled like marijuana. The pool was packed with people. Our shower leaked all over the floor, and our TV didn't work. We didn't feel comfortable staying there with our kids because we worried about safety and, potentially, bed bugs. Fortunately, the staff was very helpful and fully refunded our trip."

"My entire stay at the hotel was nice and I would consider staying again in the future. Staff was polite and the room was great. My only dislike is that the rooms are not cleaned unless you are staying over 7 days according to the attendant at the front desk. I had to keep asking for towels and the old towels were just piled up in a corner in the bathroom. We would have had to pay to have someone come in to clean our room and I did not like that.
