"No issue with the property itself, they are renovating so good things to come I am sure. The only issue I had was the shower was not hot enough. It was a cold morning in Putaruru, and I really wanted a nice steaming hot shower, but sadly it just wasn't hot enough."

"We ended up leaving. It stunk there was moldy food in top of oven. No smoke alarms. We were actually disgusted. Windows were dirty. We didnt want to make a scene so said we had to leave for family matters. Would not recommend this place infact no smoke alarms is a major health and safety breech. Never be back."

"Good location. Proximity to Eat Street and Lake Rotorua. Wonderful views. Property is well equipped with facilities such as pool and spa. Staff are friendly, especially the breakfast team. Praises to the ladies at the breakfast area, hardworking, polite and welcoming. Property and rooms are very tired, needing renovation throughout all rooms."

"i have stayed in so many hotels but unfortunately my experience with jet park was not plesant. first stay in jetpark and pretty average. staff at time of checkin wasnt very helpful. rest of staff were nicer. was booked for 3 nights and it was non refundable so had to stay for duration otherwise would have cancelled and booked elsewhere. website had few things which i find misleading and i did mention to staff . leaky sink in bathroom. housekeeping not very good. parking available if onsite...

"Didn’t have to leave the premises for a relaxing overnight getaway in Winter. Comfortable room, beautiful decor, had a delicious meal at the restaurant on site, relaxed in the hot pool at night under the stars and again first thing in the morning. Booked the private sauna and pool. Professional staff, perfect location."
