This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and this time we stayed longer because we like it. This time let me concentrate on the little things The room looked nice with nice proper tumblers and ,new this visit , tea and coffee in the room, nice fittings, hot water in vast supply.. The hotel is beautiful throughout, the choice of pools is amazing, the location is clean safe and a short walk to beaches and restaurants, the staff are so helpful and friendly. One of the best hotels we've ever been to.

I want to go back again, loved it. All staff very friendly, pool excellent, food fantastic. Very spacious rooms and balcony, fabulous views over the bay. Great beach, very safe and clean. I would recommend this hotel, a bit of luxury.

The hotel work force is very efficient and work hard to make your stay worthwhile even though we have spent more time at the beach than by the hotel pools. The downside - smoking allowed by the pools and sitting/eating places. Very unpleasant.

We haven been at the hotel for 11 nights with our 3 year old son. The hotel has recently been refurbished and is very modern, and is very close to a beautiful beach. The best bit though was the hotel staff. We were always greeted with a smile, everywhere, from everybody, and there were always little chats going on with our little one. Best staff we have ever experienced in a hotel!

Come here twice a year, this year we chose to have a junior suite, with a spa bath on the balcony. Love bright clean room. Nicely decorated with very large comfy bed. Television in the sitting room part, and also one to watch in bed. Tea and coffee making facilities, always restocked every day. Rooms cleaned daily. Food great as usual, and a nice bar for drinks, also a sports bar below for music in the evenings. The two infinity pools are great and always plenty of loungers around the pools....

Fantastic hotel with lovely rooms, facilities and grounds. A wonderful array of delicious food. Excellent, friendly helpful staff. Wonderful service at the bar and particularly bar area where staff would ask if you would like a drink whilst you were sat at the terrace. We loved our short stay at this hotel and from the moment we arrived we couldn’t have been looked after any better. Everything was spotless and even though we had a standard room it was perfect for the time we stayed. The staff ( especially Marko on reception ) were superb. We were also fortunate to dine in the roof top teppanyaki restaurant which was a nice treat. Received complimentary champagne on arrival. Staff were helpful and informative providing map of hotel, luggage was carried to rooms for us and room on arrival was spotless and beautiful. We stayed for 5 nights all inclusive before moving on to a villa in playa blanca. This was our second visit and it was still up to the same high standard. The staff are excellent, all have a smile and seem to enjoy their jobs, one of the entertainment team in particular helped my son in the gym, during his own time. Had an amazing time at Seaside Sandy Beach. Everything was good from the welcome to the goodbye. Very clean hotel amazing family room. The food was the best we have had across the canaries in the last 4 years at other 4 star hotels. The entertainment guy was great. Located ideally for all shops, restaurants and beach, fantastic choice of meals in restaurant. Half board allowed us to choose lunch or evening meal, room was good size being cleaned and checked each day if wanted. Honestly deserves it's 4 stars and would definitely recommend it.

One of the nicest places I've stayed at. Staff were really friendly, always asking if we needed anything. And rooms were really nice, we had a sea view room which was amazing. Beds were really comfortable and everything was really organised. They also had a lot of information at reception about excursions and which places to visit, they were able to order you a taxi or you could use the free shuttle service they had. So impressed. Will be visiting again.

Of all the hotels we have stayed in my wife and I find this to be the only one worth returning to again and again.

Nice hotel, lovely rooms and amazing food! Close to supermarket and shops and numerous restaurants and bars. A 3 min walk from the beach. Has a small shop on site for gifts and booking excursions. My advice would be to book a sea view room (away from the hustle and bustle of the evening and pool entertainment) and go half board to take advantage of the amazing food.
