"The breakfast was not very good and they ran out of items. No one was keeping up with refilling. They ran out of coffee and I was told it was frozen so I had to wait for it to thaw!!! Rooms are only cleaned every 3rd day and on day one I only had 2 coffee packs and 2 cups so on day 3 no coffee in the lobby and I was unable to make coffee in my room. Maid service carts were nowhere to be found so I could get a cup and make in room. AND there is no gym-I hD to go to the YMCA. I would not recommend...

We did appreciate the shuttle services to and from holiday worlds front gates & the appliances and utensils available in the cabin, as well as the air conditioning in the cabin…but The cleanliness of the cabin was very poor. we pulled the couch over and there were old wrappers, glow sticks, hair balls and more all beneath. "Overall better than my last visit to a Quality Inn, room clean, the man when I checked in wasn’t fluent in English and seemed like he was annoyed. Later when I returned from where I visited, the older Indian couple were very friendly and asked if everything was good. The pool and the outside of building was pretty run down looking, but I don’t normally use the pool anyway. "Hotel wasn’t even just ok. Staff didn’t know what to do or where they helpful at all. Pictures are really misleading. Check in process took forever. They broke our party up so one was on the 3rd floor and one on the first even they we could have been together if the owners blocked off rooms didn’t take priority over guests. They sent us to a dirty room as well when it said it was clean. Hot tube didn’t work in indoor pool area. Breakfast was cold. Overall awful experience."

"I give it a four star mainly because it feels pretty safe there. I definitely would recommend it for families if it's in the price range that you're looking for. We like vending machines for a quick night snack sometimes if you're into that make sure to have dollars and quarters the food machine only takes dollars and the Coke machine only takes quarters but the food vending machine will if you change back in quarters.
