"What a great surprise! Hotel was extremely nice with ample free parking onsite . The rooms were very European with all amenities and comfortable. The staff is so very helpful giving us excellent choices of where to go for dinner and they were also genuinely helpful and wanted our stay to be pleasant. We asked for an additional blanket and someone delivered it within a few minutes. Service is EXCELLENT! Will definitely stay at this hotel the next time we visit St. Augustine."

"Another paid/only parking charge of $15. irritating. Hilton hotel is coming all varieties, this one is near the bottom. Old, tired, and not inexpensive."

"The hotel was great, staff incredibly nice and helpful. I was able to upgrade to a beach side room which was more money but the view was amazing. I do think it is ridiculous to have to pay for parking at a hotel just because it’s on a beach. "

"This is a perfect little spot to spend a few days at the beach. Super friendly staff! The breakfast cant be beat!"

"I was highly disappointed but glad I only booked for one night. Checking in took about 45 mins. Staff move slow. Then gave me a room that wasn’t clean. The bed had dirty balled up blankets on it. The staff that were supposed to be cleaning up were smoking marijuana and cigarettes. The new room had a funky stinky smell and the bathroom was so small. Save your money because $150 for this. Highway robbery!"

"The suite was super clean and comfortable. You’re within walking distance to the old St. Augustine. The only issue we had was the fact that you hear everything above and below you. There were quite a few kids there when we stayed and they were early risers and very noisy. But overall great place to stay. "
