"Really nice and helpful staff. We had some issues with the bedside lamps in the room which couldn't be solved, but the staff was very apologetic and genuine. We had a large room which seemed to be a converted accessibility room, so the bathroom was massive, however the faucet was loose and would twist when used. Parking was convenient, however our cards wouldn't open the access to the hotel elevator. Parking was an extra cost and was more than quoted on expedia (it's a 3rd party parking lot that...

"Wir waren zweimal in diesem Hotel und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Super-Frühstück, leckeres Abendessen, sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Sehr bequeme Betten, sehr ruhig und saubere Zimmer, großes Bad mit Regendusche. Wir waren auf der Durchreise in den Norden nach Sälen und auf der Rückreise hatten wir wieder eine Nacht hier gebucht. Sehr zu empfehlen!"

"Front desk staff are great! We stayed her twice within our trip and both times our room was clean and the staff was always available when we needed extra pillows etc. about a 25 minute walk to the main square, but the price was great and worth staying on the ‘outskirts’ of Malmo. Nothing really around for restaurants or cafes, but bus is easily accessible."

"Hotellet verkar ha checkat ut från sina glansdagar för länge sedan och skulle må bra av en rejäl uppfräschning. Rummen känns som en tidskapsel från 90-talet, komplett med en heltäckningsmatta som sett mer liv än de flesta – man vågar nästan inte tänka på vilka historier den hade kunnat dela med sig av. Frukosten var tyvärr inte mycket bättre. Vi var där vid öppning, men brödet var redan stenhårt och utbudet såg ut att ha stått framme betydligt längre än vad som känns rimligt – vissa rätter hade...

"Location is amazing, right in the middle of everything, 10 mins or so walk from the central station, yet quiet, really good value for money considering breakfast is included (and a lot of options). Room is spacious. I was not expecting the size to be that big. They have a 'Pillow Menu' where you can choose pillows that suits you best. Staff super attentive, friendly and welcoming. Will be returning for my next stay"
