"Room was not as clean as it should have been, carpet, appliances, night tables full of dirt. Same for Lobby and bar area. Elevator's same way, outdoor areas as well. Staff was attentive."

"The floors have been replaced with laminate/vinyl but there are no area rugs or mats to wipe feet on. It was raining when we arrived and the floor picked up the moisture. Smelled like mold is under the flooring. We didn't walk in bare feet."

Lit très dur, salle de bain avec toile d'araignée, tapis dans la chambre discutable. Sur les photos, tout paraît coquet et bien entretenu. La réalité est tout autre. Endroit très tranquille"

"First room they gave us wasn't cleaned and when arriving at the door was screamed at by housekeeping in arabic(?) I had no clue what he was saying to us but he made a phone call and pointed back to the lobby, followed us to the elevator and was trying to tell my husband and I to go down and the children stay with the bags (that wasn't happening!) Got to the front desk got a new room which wasn't what I booked/paid for so they brought a rollaway bed in and it had yellow stains all over it,...

We had a few small problems that were immediately resolved. This hotel is very close to Corning without the hefty pricing of hotels in Corning itself. I would visit this site again!"

"Crystal was super kind to us at check in and helped our family get set. She went above and beyond to help us. Keith was helpful with our breakfast and spent time actually talking with us. He was especially kind to our little girls and made their morning! None of them had to be so kind. They could've been simply professional and polite, but both of them went above and beyond to be more than that - and we truly appreciate it. Thank you for having employees like both of them!"

"Breakfast room was very small, my chair at my table was at the front door and half on the tile by of the lobby. There were no spoons for breakfast..only knives and forks…how does one eat oatmeal, cereal, etc.? There was no staff member to ask for a spoon either. Breakfast space was too small to accommodate guests."
