"The whole facility was clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. My family and I had the best experience at this hotel. "

"The place is very pretty and well maintained, right by the beach literally on it, the food is great and the ocean calm and warm. But the best part is the staff, very service oriented, incredibly friendly and warm. Luz was very attentive and she treated us like family. I will definitely comeback!!"

"Great place to stay. "

"The property is old and poorly maintained, and the price per room is excessively expensive for what it offers. They charged me additional taxes even though I shouldn't have to pay VAT because I'm not a resident. I'm very disappointed."

"Everyone was nice, friendly, and courteous."

"The staff is really good and provide great customer experience "

"Fantastic location, poor service. IMPORTANT: The place is only accessible by boat! Not a problem if you know about it, but the listing does NOT specify it anywhere, and the property did NOT contact us ahead of our trip despite booking 16 days in advance. As a result, we went around in circles for 2 hours in our rental car, including a dead end at a private reserve, trying to find a road that doesn't exist. We called and messaged the hotel repeatedly but got no response. We eventually found...

"Absolutely love this place and will be back in the near future!!! A real gem!!!!"

"El valor que ofrece en la aplicación no es el valor real que cobran al momento de llegar al hotel, publicidad engañosa. En la aplicación decía valor total a pagar en la propiedad $535.763,80 y al llegar nos cobraron total $637.559."

"Friendly people They were very helpful and kind "

"Clean room"

"the hotel loss the electricity at 10 pm and we have no A/C in the rooms with 95 degrees, they did not had a plan B, like a electric plan or something to keep cool the rooms, plus there was a party in the pool area that end around 8 am. all night with no A/C and loud music. it was insane. "

"The Oasis was beautiful quite and clean with lovely staff "

"The hotel is very nice and well located in the El Frances beach but not too far away from Tolu. Everything was impecable and the food was great. Sandy, Yulieth and Paula went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience ever. Kudos to all of them! I will always keep them in my heart."

"food poison.. watch out for the rice and shrimp. The place is nice.. A/C in the rooms, no hot water.. in the room."
