"Absolutely loved this stay! The hotel was in an amazing location. The beach and all the shopping was right out the door. The restaurant upstairs had gorgeous views especially for breakfast and in the evening. The spa had the perfect atmosphere. A heads up that you need to book the sauna ahead of time so make sure you get a booking because they fill up fast. Overall really loved this stay and will happily be back again."

"Room provided was equipped with a totally different bathroom, the “accessible bathroom” which was not listed or provided in the photos. The receptionist was not receptive at all to the booking being different to what we paid for and was very firm about “this is what it is.” Not very welcoming. The room was not fully clean and some of the light features did not work. Location of room listed was of a totally different area in the hotel grounds, misleading."

"Lovely property and we enjoyed our stay, but knowing what we know now, if we returned we would ask for the following: - An upper level room. Ground floor rooms hear every footstep from above and if people are early risers or night owls, you will need earplugs to sleep. - A room with a comfortable couch. Our unit had what I can only describe as outdoor furniture as their lounge suite. It looked great but was very uncomfortable and not a place to relax in the evening. - A room away from...
