"Don't go there, no air conditioning in summer and they put us in a building without elevator. We had to carry out suitcases up to 2 scone over some narrow stairs. The rooms on those buildings look like jail cell. I was speechless when they showed me the building. Terrible hot in the unit even when outside is cool. Very disappointed!"

"Master shower bath was broken. And looks like previously the door absorbed the water and swelled couldn’t open the door without it doing more damage. Batteries in a few of the remotes were missing.
Either than that fantastic setup we enjoyed the space."

"Nous avons réservé un cottage au Bürgenstock pour 9 200 CHF/3 nuits. À l’arrivée, nous avons découvert qu’il n’y avait pas de climatisation, alors qu’il faisait 35°C. Impossible d’y séjourner correctement. L’hôtel étant complet, on nous a proposé une chambre au Waldhotel, moins bien, avec vue montagne, mais avec un supplément de 3 720 CHF par nuit : totalement inacceptable. Le petit-déjeuner était très décevant : choix très limité, plateaux de jambon, poisson et fromage souvent vides, non...
