"The view is great. Very convenient. Clean and very basic."

"Convenient location and good value."

"This hotel is located in a great location, directly off of the boardwalk. We were there off season so did not use the pool. We had an oceanfront room with a great view of the sunrise. Parking included was helpful and much easier to go in/out. The room was older and worn, but clean. My main issue was the noise and ability to hear people talking in the next rooms or hallway. We turned on a speaker with white noise, which helped. If you have difficulty sleeping, this hotel may not be for you."

"The only thing that was missing was Room Service, which would have added excellence to the staff being friendley and ensuring the room was ready for check-in."

"Other than our toilet paper holder being broken and the roll coming off each time it was used, the place -as usual - was excellent. Clean, friendly, easy."

"Great hotel"

"Our experience as a whole was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and location is excellent. The hotel restaurant was excellent. Very delicious crab cake! That being said, the hotel is starting to show wear. Our bathroom door was warped from water damage. The sink was clogged. The bathroom mirror lighting needed replaced. "Some of the rooms in this hotel are old and need updating. Unfortunately, my room was in this category. The TV didn't work and their were ants everywhere. The staff was very accommodating and moved me to a much better room."

"Staff was great, room clean, location great, A bit of age to hall floor design Will most likely return!"

"Rate all 4 amenities as good...."

"The property was well maintained. I did have a small problem and I brought it to the property manger's attention. I will not say what it was, if someone wants to contact me, fine. The property manager was rude and made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I was told that someone would come to the room for the second time and that never happened. I really could not understand her reasoning for her actions or to exhort her power so to speak. I was not asking for anything or even a room...

"Gentleman that checked us in was amazing!!!! Clean, comfortable rooms. We stay here often. One of our favorite hotels in Rehoboth."
