"Staff was excellent. Breakfast was great. Cleaniest hotel I have stayed in. Towels were perfect, bedding looks new. Vending machines weren't working., but that's nothing to complain about with excellent staff. Thanks for the extra attention to details. Greatly apreciated. "

"Towels were dirty, not clean long enough or with detergent floor was dirty TV light switches windows have never been wiped down toilet was broken and very slow. No bugs we had to pay for breakfast two dollars each and it was not worth it. Nothing like a Holiday Inn express breakfast two servers and an empty restaurant really disappointed once we stayed at the same type of Holiday Inn in Ocala and pretty much the same results very disappointed we’ll stick to Holiday Inn express for travelers...

"Price point with pet was spot on. Room was clean and comfortable- separate freezer was plus. Only issue was smoke smell. Can only assume it was from another guest within a connected unit. Strong smell every 20 minutes. No smell early am when I awoke- so guessing smoker was sleeping. Otherwise room itself was fine. No fault of hotel."
