"First night in a room with my small children - breaker tripped turning the tv fridge and microwave off. Was moved to another room at 1130pm that was not clean with broken tv, broken mirror, no blankets, etc. Next day- took hours for them to courtesy clean the original room to move back. No other accommodation or discount provided for the inconveniences. Hot tub not in service, spa not in service, pool needs resurface. Lots of damage throughout property and rooms."

The staff was very helpful and did their best to minimize the inconvenience. We made it work for one night, but it was frustrating. Be aware of this discrepancy when booking."

"This is quite literally one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at. Staff are friendly, and the rooms are always comfortable with nice bedding. There is no breakfast available, but the affordable pricing cancels out that disadvantage. We stay here every trip through Florida, typically 4-5 times a year. Always a pleasant experience!"
