My wife will be staying at this property next week so she will be returning the key to the front desk then. I was able to contact the desk because I’m using an Argentinian phone service right now. "Great location! Most things are reachable on foot, and the staff speaks English. Our duplex apartment in the building next door to the hotel was fine (if you do not expect any cleaning but towels can be changed at the reception.) Unfortunately, the reception refused to take our pre-stamped postcards to the mail. It's quite strange for a hotel to decline such a simple request."

"The hotel is in a good location. 2 minutes walk and there is a place to eat, pharmacy, grocery shop. Breakfast at the hotel is standard (different types of bread/pastries, cheese/sausage, omelet, potatoes, sliced fruits/vegetables). The numbers need to be renewed. Personally, my room was dirty, the furniture was all from the 90s. The sink didn't work at all, the toilet was flushed not even the first time. But there was no desire to clarify the relationship. "Excellent location for walking tours around the city and surrounding neighborhoods. The inside of the lobby and dining area lacked natural light and could use some of it to brighten things up. Overall great experience and would recommend this hotel for a Santiago trip."
