"I stayed at this property as a solo traveler and everyone was so helpful and kind. I felt really protected and safe at this hotel. It was also close to shopping, museums and great restaurants. The front desk staff was always so helpful and kind and always willing to answer questions. The restaurant staff was also great and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for those traveling solo or want to be in the heart of the city. "
