"Very run down. Initially received the wrong room and wouldn’t change as they were “fully booked” so I had to sleep on the sofa bed.
Next day had to move rooms but 1 of the bedrooms was awful at night as the windows would not close correctly allowing all the street noise in, even though I was on the 7th floor, also letting all the sunlight in as there was only small blinds and no curtains.
The rooms were very run down with mould in bathrooms and sockets falling off the walls."

"The staff made they stay, they were anticipating all of our needs and had what we needed even before we asked. The spa was wonderful and we were able to make appointments for the next day. I would highly recommend the room with a view of the pool and beach. The beach even had a boardwalk if you didn’t want to walk in the sand. This place had all you need and more. 10 out of 10."

"Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, and I would not recommend it, especially for families.
From the very first night, we felt misled. Due to our delayed flight, we arrived late and were told that the rooms we had originally booked had been given to other guests. We were promised our correct rooms the following morning, but after repeatedly asking for three days, nothing was resolved. Instead, we were offered alternative rooms and told we had to pay an additional...

It’s beautiful, well maintained & in the perfect location. However, the staff is the best part of the property. I felt welcomed & well taken care of the minute I walked in the doors.
I would come back to tangier just to stay in this hotel again."
