"Had to pay 500dkk/$75 (4 nights) for an upgrade as the initial room I was assigned had a very small toilet/shower area. Reception staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel is walking distance to a supermarket and train station. Loved my upgraded room especially the modern bathroom. The microwave and coffee machine (20dkk$2 per small cup) are of great use. Be aware that there is no AC in any room. Will stay here again as the airport is just 3 minutes via the train."

"Staff was nice and the room was clean The bed was terrible - small and sinking in"

"Very convenient, connected to terminals 2 and 3 and just a 3-5 minute walk. Very impressed by how well-maintained and spacious the hotel is. Very professional staff. Because the metro is right outside the doors it’s also very convenient to get into the city center although an uber will pick you up right outside the hotel doors if you prefer a taxi. Will stay again."

"Need better pillows."

"Rent og gode senger, lett og finne frem, raskt svar når vi ri gte verten. Dårlig vanntrykk og tett vask på badet. Nattbordlamper på gulvet og vinduene kunne ikke være bare på lufting, rommene var veldig varme."

"The room was clean, and in close proximity to many restaurants and cafes."

"Staff were smiley and friendly. Hotel was spotless. Breakfast was absolutely superb, so much choice. Beds were comfy and rooms had everything we needed. Would highly recommend."

"A really enjoyable city break in Copenhagen. Hotel well located as only a 5 minute walk to the metro station. Metro very efficient and only 15 minutes to the airport. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice foodmarket on the way to the station, just a few minutes from the hotel. Also, la Rocca the Italian restaurant right next to the hotel is definitely worth a visit. Most of the attractions are within walking or cycling distance to the hotel. Would...
