"It was excellent "

"The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s right in downtown Dallas. Valet/Doorman was a nightmare when I first checked in. Kind of rude but I was like, he’s probably having a bad day. Checked in seamlessly and went to my room. Fairly big size room and spacious in the main room and bathroom. Mattress Beds were old and not very comfortable. Only other issue I had was I requested someone service my room and then just brought towels, asked again and nothing. Lastly, the AC in the room was crap....

"Overall experience was great. The hotel is very kitschy with an avant garde/rocker style feel. It’s close to everything in Downtown and within walking distance of major attractions. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend the Lorenzo by Tapestry Hilton."

"Room was clean and comfortable and staff was great! I love Marriott hotels. Gym was well stocked, Indoor pool area was nice, but the only con is if you get a bunch of kids in there at the same time, it's LOUD. "

"This was possibly one of the best hotel stays my partner and I have had to date in the US! We were showered with the absolute best hospitality. Upgraded to a suite, with thoughtful chocolates cake and champagne. What an abundant experience. They had a steamer for me to use for my dress, they gave us ample bottled water. The breakfast buffet at Cast Iron was delicious, with excellent service. We will definitely return!! "

"To start, the hotel was insanely busy, but that doesn’t change the experience we had. I booked this hotel to have access to their water park area for my kids, which closes at 7 in the spring. We arrived just after the check in time and even using the valet, it took 45 minutes to get through check in. It then took almost an hour just to get in to an elevator because of how many people from the convention were trying to use it at the exact same time. "Front desk staff was on their phone many times and wasn’t friendly or helpful when asked questions about the surrounding area. The valet attendants were so friendly and welcoming, though. Although the hotel had snacks and drinks near their front desk area, they were greatly overpriced. Also, although the hotel advertised as a pet friendly hotel, we could not find a close area for walking our dog to relieve himself.
